Next.js wrapper for Appwrite Sites

This deployment exposes the existing radio API through a supported Next.js runtime so Appwrite Sites can run it as SSR instead of treating it as a static upload.

• /api/health for health status
• /api/now-playing for the current track
• /api/track-history for recent tracks
• /api/xml-update for BroadcastMonitor updates
